Perfect

Decided to stay an extra night in Cancun and this small hotel was perfect! Centrally located, facilities were great! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bar next door was a lot of fun and had live entertainment. Only downside was alcohol is not allowed in the pool area.

Kind staff

Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Great location for a New Year's eve celebration of sorts, and short walking distance to Oxxo and good restaurants. Easy access to bus that takes you to the beaches. We had a great time. The only problem is there is no sink appropriate for washing dishes. Suitable only for a short stay. Great price for the value.

Muy buen hotel, la decoración muy bonita , la alberca climatizada y muy bien para ambiente familiar y hay un Oxxo a solo unos pasos, venden desayunos desde 100 pesos y paquetes con café pan desayuno , cereal y huevos por 130 , lo único es qué hay un bar de rock al lado(por las noches) , se escucha un poco de música pero en general se puede dormir bien o por lo menos con lo cansados que hibamos ni la escuchamos ; si me hospedaría de nuevo ;)

Muy limpio el hotel, el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas. Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, está cerca de la zona hotelera, de plaza las Américas, y también puedes llegar del aeropuerto sin pasar por el centro de la ciudad .

We loved Our stay at Grand city hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It's a bar a few buildings down where you can sit outside and listen to some nice rock music. The whole vibe was good, they kept the property very clean, every day they were cleaning. We will be back and will stay with Grand City hotel again and again!!!
