I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts in Cancun and this is one of my top resorts to stay at you have two resorts in one multiple restaurants multiple buffets multiple pools. All the staff is great and helpful. They always have events going on Great for kids on one side and Great for adults on the other side.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The bar was fully stocked with great drinks and people. The staff had events going on the entire day for every day that was fun, everything was clean and our room was clean every day when we would come back In. They had signs everywhere so everything was easy to find. They gave us vouchers for each night we were there for one restaurant they had in the hotel. They had buffets and a deli open 24/7 great service and friendly staff.

Staff were excellent and hotel is well run. Breakfast was great. The only negative issue (more a warning) is if you have mobility issues. There are alot of steps. Ramps are available but very steep.

I appreciated the beautiful location. Our room seemed a little small compared to the pictures. Since they sell memberships, we were approached several times even after saying we weren’t interested. The breakfast offerings were pretty good but outside of that, it wasn’t very good. I felt bad for my partner because I talked up my last experience at another resort and was very disappointed with the food and drinks. We ended up visiting some nearby restaurants for better options.
