Finest Resort exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Special shoutout to Margarito at the buffet for his exceptional service - he truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. This is the best resort I have ever stayed in!! Our room, the food & the number of restaurants was above average. We were with our children and young grandchildren (3years & 6 months) who enjoyed all that was offered to young families!! Everything and everyone was exceptional in ensuring their needs were met. Above all though, was the staff and the high number of employees. At every level they exceeded my expectations. Everyone was kind, pleasant and efficient. But more importantly, they all seemed HAPPY. That says a lot about a place, and that means a lot to me.

We have been going to this resort for past 6-7 years. They have the best beach in Cancun. The waves are never too high, no coral stones and very little sea weed. Food and service excellent. Great entertainment every day. One thing that annoyed me this year is that they sprayed against mosquitoes at 4 pm when there was lots of people and little kids. We all were covered with the cloud of pesticides and exhaled it!! This stuff should not happen. You treat the property early in the morning when there no people sitting at the swimming pools.

Resort was very clean well maintained. Staff compare to other resorts in Cancun(hotel are) was very kind, friendly and helpful. Restaurants were ok, Dommi was out of competion including food and staff. I want specially mentio waitress Julietta who was serving our table, with her professionalism we left the restaurant with esthetic satisfaction. Cons- they dont have enough chairs in pool area and beach. Hotel was full and it was hard to find chairs near pool or beach. I think the administration shoud make prior arragements to accomodate cluents and skip issues.

Wonderful Property and had a great time. Had a great relaxing time. All restaurants were excellent with so many different options! Love how we can relax on the beach or at the pool. Lots of fun events as well. Wonderful place if you want a nice relaxing time with good food and a chill vibe. Highly Recommend!!
