I thought the Hotel was less than 5 miles from the Hotel Resort area. NO. The costal Hotels are a good 15 miles away. I paid $80 in cab charges the first night. It is cheaper to stay in a $200 hotel and walk ! ! !

Great location in the mall

This is my second stay in the same month back to this hotel Basic and clean Staff is helpful Great location Due to the design of the mall, if u have suitcases or Uber - the wait may be long just due to traffic This is the only problem I have with this stay. Love the hotel as the mall has everything and a very affordable supermarket

Best Hotel for your money!

We had an amazing stay at fiesta Inn Cancun Las Americas, but the person who helped us out the most and was very informative, was Manuel. He should be employee of the year. He helped us out from the beginning to the end of our departure from the hotel. Thank you manuel. PS you are literally in the mall, so food and shopping is crazy.

The location is perfect. It’s close to the entry of the hotel zone as well as lots of good restaurants in downtown. Besides, it’s inside of the shopping mall. It’s very convenient to do everything.

I liked the fact that the hotel was inside the mall, close to restaurants and public transportation, which was very convenient. However, I wasn’t happy with the room I stayed in. It faced a machine-filled parking lot, and the window was extremely dirty or stained, making the view quite unpleasant. Adding a wallpaper or some kind of screen would help improve the atmosphere. Additionally, the towels provided were old and worn out, which detracted from the overall experience. The pool area also seemed neglected. The glass panels facing the lagoon were all stained or dirty, which took away from what could have been a relaxing and inviting space. It didn’t feel cozy or well-maintained at all.

Check in okay although you won’t be given a room until 16:00. The rooms are okay, bit small and older but comfortable and clean. AC works very well. I like the balcony. The outside areas are clean, beautiful. Pool is wonderful… beach amazing. I feel like any extra service pricing is outrageous. Food was good. Overall, pleasant stay.
