BUT not on beach but has steps access..but very close. the place is quite tired looking and needs a good lick of paint VERY central and only 100 yeards from main nightlife and 50 yards from main supermarket..local stores across the road.

Great Place to Stay. I had the kitchenette and it was great for making breakfast. Room was very clean. Pool area was clean and service around the pool was excellent. We at at both restaurants and enjoyed the food. Beach area was great. A few rocks around the steps into the water but past that it was a beautiful sandy beach. Can't say enough good things about the service at the front desk. Excellent attention to all enquiries. I had no children but would highly recommend the Fiesta Americana for families. Overall 5 star service. I will stay here again.

Blue water, clean beach and room and excellent staff! The property is smaller than most but that's what I prefer. No party people at the pool, the pool music is not loud and stops at a decent hour. I highly recommend this place and will be back!
