The hospitality of all the staff was amazing. They always took great care of you and kept checking up on us when we were at the pool/ beach for more drinks! Everything was super clean and there were so many activities during the whole day for you to do. The resort is pretty chill other than that so it’s a nice place to pick if you want a quieter vibe

The stay was awesome! Everyone was very nice. Our room was clean and bigger than we expected! The only part of the stay I didn't like was that the resort often smelled like fish. It was not the fault of the resort at all, that was just how the ocean smelled.

We loved our recent 10 day trip to Excellance Riviera Cancun. The property was beautiful with plenty of Mexican architecture. The staff was amazing. Food choices were delicious. Our room was gorgeous. Our only complaint was that the pools were not cold enough to give you the refreshment needed on these very hot days. We will be trying more these hotels very soon

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Excellence. The staff was friendly and their attention to detail was superb. The resort was incredibly clean and very well maintained. The spa was amazing! Our only disappointment was that the lazy river was not working. Overall, we loved our stay and will do it again without hesitation.

Amazing resort. Very clean every where you go. Beautiful rooms with top notch service. The food was excellent. A perfect variety of restaurants with healthy options. They even have a coffee shop with fresh fruit juices and a smoothie bar. The spa was a 10/10 experience. We did the couples hydro therapy and we enjoyed it so much.
