This is a great choice for families or couples. There are several restaurants and the other amenities were awesome. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely polite and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the beach area. There is not a lot of sand if that's your thing! Other than that I would definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at Dreams Vista Resort & Golf Course! Thanks to my Expedia status, I was upgraded to the Preferred Club, which made the experience even more special. The staff throughout the resort were incredible — friendly, polite, and always ready to cater to our needs. The pools were fantastic — especially the rooftop pool, which offered a great view and a relaxing atmosphere. The main pool was clean and perfect for a fun day with the kids. Speaking of the kids, they absolutely loved the Explorer Club, and the play area with water slides and the giant tipping bucket kept them entertained for hours. The beach was clean, though on the smaller side, and offered a nice spot to relax. Food options were excellent — the buffet had a wide selection, and the multiple on-site restaurants allowed for a more private dining experience if you preferred. Cocoa Café was a hit, offering beverages, ice cream, and desserts throughout the day. Drinks were unlimited, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, rounding out an overall fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this resort to families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent amenities and exceptional service.

Staff were wonderful no complaints no notes The food tho was very inconsistent and not enjoyable For a five star resort the food was extremely underwhelming and room service food was particularly bad none of it was good There should be a included transportation ride to the hotel zone as the beach attached to the hotel itself is also quite disappointing Better accomodations for smoking guests as well would be appreciated

Room was great; staff were kind and friendly. Food was not good and we did not like having to make reservations ahead of time. Seemed like we always had to eat at 9pm.
