This was my 1st time on an all inclusive resort and I would definitely come back. The staff were amazing! The activities each night were so much fun, the amenities were better than expected, & the drinks kept flowing which was exactly what I wanted! Room service food could’ve been better but the restaurants were decent. The Asian restaurant was SO good! I would definitely come back.

We had the best girls trip here! The beach was absolutely pristine — one of my favorite beaches I’ve ever visited. The water is miles of shallow, crystal-clear blue, almost like a giant natural pool, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and very kid-friendly. The resort itself was clean, the food was good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall such a fun and beautiful place to stay in Cancun. I would definitely come back!

We had a great time and loved this resort. Great location. Loved being able to swim in ocean. Food was good as we were always able to find something to enjoy. The only negatives were the chair game was real here. Had to get up early to secure a good spot. Also, rooms were humid as all of our clothes constantly felt damp. Overall a great trip!

Service and all was great! Food was not the best but not inedible or anything. The hibachi restaurant was my fav! Shoutout Jamie with the kayaking & guacamole time, Miguel with the outdoor bar, and Gerson with the beach drink/snack services!! But everyone was lovely. We went on a kayak tour which was included and paid for jet skis one day. There was always something going on and someone making sure our experience was best as possible! Didn’t bring children myself but definitely is family friendly as well.

I loved staying at this hotel, great location the amenities. The employees made us feel welcome at all times, they gave us great attention, service, super kind employees, great food, music and great vibe to party. My only complaint was the bath towels, it was very rough and that the hotel doesn’t have hotel shuttle. Other than that, it’s a great place. I would stay here again!
