The grounds are beautiful and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The resort is somewhat on the smaller side, but it was still very nice. One drawback is the restaurants are only really open for dinner. So breakfast and lunch is usually the buffet. But the pools and beaches were great.

This property was fantastic and is perfectly located in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was outstanding—especially Carmen at the concierge desk, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the air conditioning in our room, which was a bit difficult to adjust. Other than that, our experience was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others visiting Cancun.

The activities each night were so much fun, the amenities were better than expected, & the drinks kept flowing which was exactly what I wanted! We had the best girls trip here! The beach was absolutely pristine — one of my favorite beaches I’ve ever visited. The water is miles of shallow, crystal-clear blue, almost like a giant natural pool, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and very kid-friendly. The resort itself was clean, the food was good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall such a fun and beautiful place to stay in Cancun. I would definitely come back!
