Excellent resort, very clean - bleaching the pool deck daily, amazing food and no reservations required for à la carte which removes the stress of lining up to book dinner. Highly recommend for families! Sargassum was loaded on the beach and they try their best to remove it daily.

The hotel is great, the beach is great as well. I just have a comment regarding the quality of the food and drinks, unfortunately even in the restaurants the food is acceptable but not so great. Preferred check in was fast and easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice. Food was good. Beach had quite a bit of seaweed but sounds like that was the case at most resorts. You have to get up early to get pool lounge chairs. Only other complaint was at El Patio our first night our main course never arrived. Luckily we ate so many appetizers it was okay but would have liked to have tried our main course meals. Overall a good trip.

The rooms are great and the resort is beautiful, but the walls are thin and if you’re looking for something a little more quiet, this is probably not your place. If you’re looking for great beaches, good food lots of drinks then this is your place.

We had an ocean front suite, and it was perfect. Very private balcony and a beautiful view. The staff at this property couldn't be better. Everyone from check in, waiters, beach service, hostess, maids, bartenders, concierge. Everyone was so nice and attentive. This was our 2nd visit to this resort, and we do plan to return.

Staff make your experience! Dreams is beautifully appointed and all the staff are friendly, helpful and soo polite. Gabriel at the concierge desk was my angel helping make a special birthday surprise for my brother's 70th. Great Resort, expedia VIP lounge also worth it!

It was very cold on the plane, and I had a hard time because I hadn’t brought a jacket. The resort was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the delicious cuisine from various countries. The staff were friendly. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, so it was cold.
