Lots of pools in the resort, ocean is accessible from the resort. Beautiful views. Staff is very useful,bars and food available 24/7. I did jetski aswell it was really fun. The cleaning product smell is a little overwhelming the first time you enter the rooms but you get used to it after a few hours.

This resort is amazing! I love how clean everything is and it smells so good. The staff is friendly and excellent at what they do. The best part of staying in the Coral adults only section is that guests can also enjoy the amenities in the main building. My husband and I had a wonderful time and honestly have no complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Most amazing all inclusive resort. Every night there were different shows to keep us entertained. Everyday they had games for entertainment and you could either join or sit back and have a nice drink while swimming. The ocean was also amazing and a very quick walk and very warm. Everyday you could have your room cleaned just by pressing a button on your wall that sent the cleaners to your room. Room service also has great options and they are very quick. There were multiple different restaurants and they were all super delicious. Even just the buffet was amazing. Everyone is absolutely so friendly and I would recommend this resort to anyone.

The resort is nice however we paid to upgrade to their private pool suite and there wasn’t a working light up there and the pool light was broken. We requested them to fix it twice on separate occasions but never fixed it so had use the pool in darkness. Also the drying rack was broken in the room and fell right off the wall in the balcony. Food is mid, not a lot of options.

Rooms: 5 | Service: 5 | Location: 4 Rooms: The rooms were clean. Housekeeping kept it fresh daily. Food & drinks: Endless food options. Desserts at the buffet were not made at the hotel. They were box desserts. That was the only disappointment. The churros at the Caribbean restaurant were awesome!! Drinks were on point at every bar. It was difficult to get into the restaurants as they service both the adult side and the family side. The trick is to show up shortly after opening. Noteworthy details: Take some cash for tips. The beach wasn’t the best for swimming. The ferry to Isla Mujeres gets you to a swimmable beach with bars and restaurants. They go back and forth quite often. The excursion to the island isn’t worth the cost. You can rent a golf cart on arrival and drive around the island in 1 hour. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech
