Nice by the beach

We did not love Cancun but this hotels works well if you want to spend a few days by the beach. The sunbeds was really good and beautiful by the ocean. The food was okay.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The food is good and they have wonderful drinks. This is an old property, the ac caused humidity in the rooms to the extent that the floors were wet!

Beautiful and quiet

It is a great resort. There is food available though we prefer to explore the local restaurants. The food is great with the option to be served on the beach. The drink menu is extensive. There was plenty of usable beach unlike some other resorts. The more touristy area are a quick and cheap bus ride away (12pesos.) Taxis are always available.

I love the beach. Club Regina has one of the nicest. The building may not be the most modern but it is clean, quiet and just what I wanted. The dinning room was lacking in the menu but the food was good. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Trouble getting acceptable WIFI in rooms and common areas. Food quality and areas were below average for the price. Nothing close by for food or entertainment. Ok for kids and old people and I'm 75 and wouldn't stay there again. Not my kind of place for a vacation, did have a nice looking beach, but windy and high surf during my two day stay

Even though this property has been around for over 35 years, the rooms hold up well and the service is excellent. Christian, Erik, Jaime, and Jesus helped make our stay enjoyable with addressing certain issues. Pool area and rooms are being updated, so come with an open mind and understanding that positive changes are coming and this resort is trying to provide exellent service to its guests.
