Catalonia was an amazing experience. The room was amazing with excellent view to the ocean, the facilities clean and organized all the time. The themed restaurants were delicious (Barcelona being my favorite thanks to Ismael and the food) and overall, it was just beautiful. Catalonia grand costa mujeres was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend. The staffs were extremely nice and sweet. The food tasted amazing and I was spoilt for options. They also had amazing activities to keep you entertained, I really enjoyed the Spanish class, moon walk dance and squid game. 10/10 experience.

I loved how clean was the property. The rooms were very clean, pretty, and spacious. The pools were clean and loved the idea of having one with music and lively and the other side more quiet. Staff were pretty nice and helpful at all times. The only thing I would change is the variety in the buffet, pretty much they had the same food everyday and cooks had a hard time keeping up with all the line whenever you wanted a piece of meat. We had the opportunity to dine at the steak house and at the Mexican food and really enjoyed them. Entertainment was good. If you are going with your family this place is a great option.

Great hotel! Service was good. Pools are relaxing. Good option during seaweed season. It has much less than other areas. Book your restaurant reservations for dinner as buffet is average but not great. It is secluded but uber is an option.

This place was amazing for the most part. Clean, good food, clean beach, theater performances were awesome, evening entertainment too. I only had one encounter with a so called staff member, that was unpleasant. They try to get you to take a tour of their Exclusive Travelers Club and if you’re not interested the lady was rude and pushy and took my spa coupon away bc I told her I wasn’t sure if I was going to get any services bc we were with our kids. She let my husband keep his! The pool set up was a bit strange and water was super hot but, Honestly the resort was in a whole was wonderful, I’d recommend!

So much to say in such a short space. Outdoor restaurants in a hot humid climate is insane. A pullout bed as part of the setup was super uncomfortable, like sleeping on a bed of rocks. Customer service completely absent, the bars and coffee shop would run out of ice and only offer hot coffee or warm beer. Good luck making dinner reservations on their system, the first night we checked in only two spots available for our entire stay. The only other option is a repetitive buffet. We were premier guests, meaning we got the upgraded to the swim up room and so we got the option to eat at Beloved Restaurant. It was better than the buffet, but again repetitive. Would def not recommend this resort, and will not be returning.

My boyfriend and I decided to stay at this resort for our first vacation and it did not disappoint. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding. We particularly appreciated the water purification as we did not hesitate to drink the water or brush our teeth. The staff was extremely helpful and nobody was pushy. The online booking for a restaurants can be a little tricky, but we were able to find a table last minute at most places.
