I enjoyed my stay with my daughters. The hotel could use some upgrades but it doesn’t take away from my stay. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and the beach access was beautiful.

We stay one night, we have early flight, it took us 10 minutes to get to the airport, the hotel has a big parking a plus for us because we have a rental car, the room ok for what we payed, it was clean and has a good a/c. The hotel it's in a very good location, nice view of the beach. Definitely will be our choice next time that we have a early flight.

Horrible people all money driven. Room was inundated with water! Will not work around date changes when one of the nights was paid within the initial reservation and made us pay again! Manager will not listen or accommodate requests. She was no longer to be "found" at the hotel. Kept hiding from guests. Learn to be human people!! Gente mala como si el hotel fuera de ellos. Will NEVER recommend! Do not stay here!! Bad vibe! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic Hotel – Would Return!

The hotel was wonderful and I had no complaints about anything—I would definitely go back again! My only suggestion would be to provide clearer information about the shuttle service.

Noise travels easily from the hall outside the room. Beach access via stairs. Shower had great pressure but trouble draining. Basic amenities. Suites are advertised as ocean view but you could only see the ocean standing by the corner of the window.

Very spacious room with a great view to the beach and easy acess. The WiFi worked great and I was able to work with no problems. The staff was very friendly at the restaurant and the food was good with many options to choose from. The pool area was very nice as well. Would recommend!
