The pros: Good food, and I liked that they were very careful about our dietary needs and accommodating. The staff was courteous, the oceanfront location was good with plenty of beach chairs. The sports bar has 2 pool tables and a ping pong table, which are good if you want a break from the sun or in the event of rainy days. The cons: small resort, limited entertainment, games, and dining options.

Let me start by saying that the service was excellent. All the employees are very kind and respectful, always helpful which makes you feel valued. Now the condition of the hotel is not of what you would expect for a 4 start hotel. Starting from the cleanliness of the common areas in the hotel and continuing to the rooms where the toilets did not flush properly. The water flow in the shower was so intense that will throw you out and the jets on the jacuzzi were not working. Needs a lot of fixing and updates to be a four star hotel. Plus the food in the restaurant was horrible. Most of the food was not properly cooked and in the buffet not much I can say I loved it. They did not have enough variety of food for different tastes. The good things I can say about this experience is that the hotel has a theater with different shows every nights. I enjoy that. They also have a sports bar with every night activities, dance and singers. They have pool activities during day time as well as activities at the beach. For active visitors and kids will enjoy that. For my personal part I enjoyed the beach. Even though it was a bit cold and wavy, I love the beach in this area, it’s clean and clear and very enjoyable. But now that I have this experience at Cacun I will definitely try other hotels in this area. Maybe a newer or more updated one and possibly a five stars next time.

Overall excellent. We just returned from our 5 day vacation at Beach Palace and couldn't be more pleased. The food was excellent (Tavola, Momo, Gondola, Sweet & Coffee cafe). The facilities (pool, the beach access, stadium bar) and entertainment (night shows) were great. And the service overall was just amazing (special call out to Rafael at Momo, Daniel at Tavola and the servers at Sweet & Coffee). Every person was so professional, helpful and courteous. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
