Staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout my stay! My room was spotless as was the restaurant. My only reason for 4 * was because I didn’t realise only 1 restaurant was available the time I was here - I think likely due to time of year! Will definitely come back - location wise you’re close to airport but also Ubers to hotel zone or Cancun city centre are only 20 mins max!

Loved the resort itself very beautiful ….could use some up keep also we booked a swim up room and could not swim as it was very dirty and they started cleaning the last day we were there. Definetly they need to make sure pools are kept cleaner. Staff very pleasant.

This place was so cute!l would love to have stayed here when it first opened. Please read the reviews bc the property does have some construction/fixing happening. Property is beautiful and the new owners/management are making many improvements to the facilities. Antonio the hotel supervisor and all the staff were friendly and helpful. However one of the pools was not functioning due to a problem with algae but they were very attentive to the problem and trying to correct it. The restaurant menu was limited and the resort location, although close to the airport, was far from the hotel zone and about a 30 minute walk to then closest bus stop.

It was Corky but fun. The room was nice and comfortable. There are things needed to be worked on and It looks like they were working on them. I had good meals in a restaurant. If I want to go back I’d stay there again and the airport was close.
