Check-in was really easy. The rooms were beautiful. This is probably some of the best food I’ve ever had an all-inclusive resort ever. The pool pools were cool. They were a little too hot for my taste at the very beginning, but they were able to cool them down later.

the stay was overall beautiful, the rooms were nice, food was great and there was many options throughout the resort, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the staff. everyone was so kind and fun from the kitchen staff to the bell boys. the entertainment staff in particular though was outstanding each and every member felt like a friend by the end of our trip. gama, gustavo, julien, rafael, ruben and honestly everyone we encountered were so amazing and would make me book AVA again.

Beautiful resort! They went beyond for the kids…so many fun kid activities. Waterpark and lagoon was a blast…made up for the lack of beach. Only recommendation is make dinner reservations before you arrive at the resort otherwise you may have a hard time getting in. My family had a very nice time…I will definitely be back!

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, gorgeous ambience and amazing food makes this resort! We have been to many resorts and this is at the top of our list. We have never had the discussion of visiting the same resort twice as we like to explore different options, however we’ve already said we would be coming back to this one in the future for sure!
