The room was simple - no nonsense - and equivalent to the nice low price. Just what I wanted and needed. Everything was super-clean, staff were extremely accommodating to special requirements, respected our privacy, extremely eager to assist, unlimited coffee, tea and milk. Very good check in communication regarding after hours key pickup and parking instructions. Comfy beds with towels for 3 of us. (Many hotels only put out 2 towels so we appreciated not having to request an additional one on arrival.) Air conditioning was not adjustable so someone always had the air blowing right on their face. The cupboard doors were about to fall off their hinges and the shampoo/soap containers needed refilling. A little maintenance and attention to detail would have made our stay much more pleasant, but overall it was a good stay.

The property is generally a bit shabby. There is only one lift, and there is nothing in the way of amenities other than a clock & a hairdryer - no restaurant, cafe or room service operating on-site during my stay. I understand that it has changed ownership, but I have stayed there previously, when it had great services
