Staff went out of their way to help us move to a ground floor room after hubby hurt his back, (awaiting spinal surgery ,nothing to do with motel). They carried our belongings and helped hubby down the stairs. One young lady went out of her way to help in many ways, always with a smile on her face. Highly recommend

A two night stay here was very comfortable. It was a convenient location for travel to other areas in Canberra and had everything we needed. Being so close to the local shops and the restaurant downstairs was great too. Water pressure in the shower was excellent!

Okay, rooms are a little dated, bathroom a little small BUT, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and the shower was magnificent, never had that shower pressure in any other hotel. Room was quiet even though it is part of a hotel. Very happy with my stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in system is very convenient, and we found the amenities of the room to be at a great standard. It is very convenient to have the bistro downstairs. Likewise, it is incredibly convenient to have a DC electric vehicle charging station less than 100 m away. Will definitely stay again.
