Tanto o café da manhã como as refeições não inclusas muito fartas e bem feitas. Muita atenção e cordialidade. Porém as acomodações deixam a desejar: Sem janelas, não me entregaram as chaves, Sem controle remoto da tv ( e na verdade disseram que o quarto econômico nem tem direito a tv), Sem frigobar, Espelho do banheiro quebrado e manchado, Colchão duro e desconfortável.

Reservamos dois quartos e queriam nos colocar em um único quarto. O chuveiro não tinha pressão. Ventilador era muito fracoPerguntamos sobre um upgrade para um quarto com Ar condicionado e queriam nos cobrar 3,5 vezes o valor da diária já paga, sendo que s única diferença era este item. Já que os dois quartos eram idênticos. O café da manhã é muito ruim. Tem um bom restaurante e funcionários atenciosos, porém a administração do estabelecimento é muito ruim.

Cheguei às 16h30, cansado da viagem, e o quarto não estava pronto. Quando entrei, às 17h30, deixaram um travesseiro fedido. Limparam às pressas e a limpeza ficou a desejar. Só recomendo para quem quiser pescar pois para se chegar ao Centro de Cananeia, há que se pegar uma balsa que custa quase 20 reais (ida e volta). Elas saem de hora em hora e o último sai a meia noite. Fiquei chateado com o descaso. O filho do dono me oferecendo água e drinks, que deveriam ser cortesia haja vista a mancada, mas seriam cobrados normalmente. Absurdo!

O hotel é bem simples, poderia até ser chamado de pousada. O quarto é bem simples mas a limpeza é ok e pelo preço vale a pena. Vale o preço que custa, pelo local distante. Detalhe: este hotel fica em Cananéia continental, você precisará gastar cerca de 12 a 14 reais para atravessar pra Ilha, onde tem todas atrações, ou dirigir por mais de 40km pra ir pela ponte.
