I can definitely say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing value for the money we paid! At first, I was a bit apprehensive because I had booked the economy double room, but it turned out to be super clean, spacious enough, and very comfortable for two people. The receptionists are amazing young people — always smiling, friendly, and extremely helpful. And what can I say about the breakfast? Simply the best of the best! There was so much variety to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. There is also an espresso, mocha, and tea machine that guests can use and refill anytime they want, which is such a great touch. The location is also extremely central and close to everything: - 3 minutes’ walk to the ferry - 1 minute’s walk to the bus stop - 5 minutes’ walk to the Trojan Horse - 3 minutes’ walk to the pubs and restaurants, as well as a beautiful nearby park - 5 minutes’ walk to the market and shops So, all in all, this is definitely one of the best hotels you can find for this price. Amazing location, wonderful staff, great breakfast, and a very clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended!

Konumu 10 numara. Hemen 100 metre ötede vapur iskelesi , dışarı adım attığınızda kordondasınız. Otel yapı olarak eski ve dar bir sokakta. Otoparkı yok. Yakında açık belediyenin pek yeri var. Müşteriler için otel park kuponu verebilir bence. Fiyat olarak muhitine göre bence iyi. Otel odasından beklentim yatacak bir yer ve el yüz yıkayacak bir WC olsa diyen benim tüm beklentilerimi karşıladı. Ancak; 205 nolu odada kaldım. WC nin havalandırmasının olmaması korkuya sebep oluyor. Oda da tek cam bina boşluğuna bakıyordu ve küçük olunca iyi bir havalandırma sağlamadı. Pencereye sineklik şart. En azından odadan çıkarken açık bırakılır böylece hava daha iyi tazelenir ve içeri börtü böcek girmesi engellenmiş olur. Personel hepsi güleryüzlü ve yardımcı.

It was a comfortable experience located on a great place, right next to the bus terminal The breakfast is provided as a buffet with variety of things to enjoy. My room was at the highest floor, you have to walk up 1 floor because the elevator only goes up to the floor below. However the rooms has additional place similar to terrace and you can enjoy outside air with views.

Annem ve babam için yaptığım reservasyondu. Çatı katındaki odayı tuttum Ailem vardığında kirli ve bakımsız bir oda ile karşılaştılar. Şikayetlerini belirttiklerinde ise çok kötü bir tepki ve konuşmalar ile karşı karşıya kaldılar. Telefonda ben de konuşmaya çalıştım ama iletişim kurması zor bir hanımefendiydi. Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır olan bir yer. Ailemin orada kalmamalarına rağmen ücret iadesi de yapmadılar. Kesinlikle sizin beğenip beğenmemeniz ve memnuniyetiniz umurlarında değil. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otel mevki olarak çok iyi konumda odalar aile için biraz küçük fakat yorumlara göre içi yenilenmiş soğutması mükemmel bir oda.4 gün için konaklamistik çalışan personellerden ve iletisiminden memnun kaldık .
