Rahat odalar & harika bir deniz

Çok konforlu geniş odalar. Cook rahat ettik. Biraz yenileme gerekebilir ileride ama dert değil. Denizi şahane. Kahvaltı ettiğimiz yer harika. Bir tek yarım pansiyon opsiyonu olmasa daha iyi olur. Yarım porsiyon için ödeme yaptık. Akşam yemeğini dışarıda yedik. Oda kahvaltı olursa assosta başka otel düşünmeyiz.

Zeytinhan hem çalışanları hem de sahibi Cahit bey sayesinde ev sıcaklığında konaklayabileceğiniz dost samimiyeti ile sohbet edebileceğiniz sessiz, sakin bir mekan. Kafa dinlemek ve denizin tadını çıkarmak için birebir. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve samimi. Özellikle restoran'da Abdullah, Burak ve Muhammet her dakika güleryüzle yardımcı olmak için özveri ile çalışıyorlar. Otelin hemen yan tarafındaki iskeleden denize girilebiliyor. Deniz biraz serin ama çok çok temiz. Otelin bulunduğu sokakağzı mevkii gürültüden uzak kafa dinlenebilecek bir yer. Ben kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Bu kadar güzel bir otel anca bu kadar kötü yönetilebilir. Otel mimari ve konum olarak mükemmel fakat 2 kişinin kaderine terkedilmiş. Otele giriş yapmadan bir telefon açıp kaç gibi giriş yapacağımızı sorup odayı ısıtmak çok mu zor olabilir? Bunu geçtim farkını ödeyip aldığım süit oda yerine standart odayı vermeye çalıştılar. Neden diye sorduğumda daha iyi ısınırmışız! Otoparkta bir araç 3 araçlık park etmiş o aracın sahibini çağırmak yerine bana ilerideki otoparka gitmem söylendi! Odaya yemek sipariş edecez telefon çalışmıyor kendiniz gidip sipariş verin dendi! Gelen mezeler taze değildi yiyemedik mücver hariç. Duş alırken sormadan suyu kestiler 15 dk o soğukta duşta kaldım. İnsan telefon açar sorar müsaitmisiniz suyu kesecez diye! Çıkış yapacaz gelip nasıl geçti tatiliniz diye soran tabii ki olmadı! Turizm otelcilik mezunu olan bir çift olarak işletme adına çok üzüldük. Yazık!

Nice choice though cut down amenities

This is actually a nice hotel, good location with very nicely done interior/exterior olive oil mill themed design. I got antsy about cutting down amenities with the excuse of pandemic, which seems to be a rather common plague among businesses in Turkey , they all cut down on amenities and give the pandemic as an excuse. Another issue was that in the reservation the landline was given and we couldn't reach it when we got lost due to google maps directions.. Luckily we had a cell number which we called but if there is not going to be anyone in the front desk, they should at least forward the calls to the cell number. Other than those issues, it's a nice hotel and a pretty good location.

Odalar ve otel çok güzeldi . Güzel bir mimarisi çok sade ve hoş dekorlar ayrıca iyiydi . Konumu assosun baya uzağında ve etrafında rakı balıktan başka birşey yok . Bir ev yemeği yada alternatif birşey yemek isterseniz baya yol gitmek gerek . Mutfak çalışanları iyiydi güleryüzlü ve yardımcı oldular her konuda . Otelde genel anlamda dış bakışta güzel gözüküyor çalışanları Güler yüzlü özellikle dış plaj barında çalışan görevli ve sabah kahvaltı servisi yapan görevliler , sabah kahvaltısı vasat 3 gün menü değişmeden devam ediyor , temizlik söylenmeden yapılmıyor , balık fiyatları biraz ortalamanın üzerinde otopark biraz dışarda kalıyor önündeki otopark sürekli doluydu eşyalarımızı taşımak zorunda kaldık , onun haricinde yeterli bir otel bunlar düzeltildiğini takdirde sorunsuz olucağına inanıyorum saygılarımla

It was such a clean hygienic and allergy friendly hotel. My son is allergic to dairy and this was first hotel in Turkey we didn’t have a problem with. Everyone within the hotel especially the people serving in the restaurant was smiling and super friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious and good quality. This was a very relaxing and worry free vacation for us. We will definitely come back again.

Hayal kırıklığı.

48 saat boyunca odaya re'sen herhangi bir temizlik hizmetinin verilmemiş olması, sezonluk otel olunduğu gerekçesiyle havanın serinlemesine ragmen battaniye-yorgan talebimize karşılık sadece pike verilebilmesi, rezalet kalitesizlikteki kahvaltı (kahvaltıda sunulan sosisi kenarda bekleyen kediler bile yemedi) derken kesinlikle parasını hak eden bir otel olmadı. Çalışanlarının guleryuzlu olması maalesef bu hayal kırıklığını yok etmiyor. Ki, ilk defa bir otelden çıkış yaparken "tatiliniz nasıl geçti?" diye sorulmadığına şahit oldum.
