Vacations Close To Campus Theatre

I’m such a foodie that nearby local eateries were in short distance of the hotel. The room was adequate to our liking and enjoyed our stay. Great staff as well.

We stayed here for one night prior to flying out of DFW. The rooms are nice, the gentleman running the breakfast buffet and the lady driving the shuttle were top notch. There is a gate that you park behind which was nice. Honestly, the only reason 4 stars and not 5 is the guy thay checked us in either knew nothing or was just generally unhelpful. When we would ask questions, like where do we park, he pointed and said over there. Well, over there was behind a gate that we needed a code to get behind which he did not tell us. He also did not tell us about breakfast or that we had breakfast vouchers. I had to call down to the desk and ask someone else.

The parking was an issue. Plan on paying for valet parking because they have about 2 parking spaces where guest can park for free. Just be aware that will be an additional cost that you will have to pay. I was also told that I would get a receipt for my stay to see what I was charged and I never received it. I called customer service and they told me that because I booked through Expedia that there was nothing they could do to help me. So I feel like they are lacking in customer service. The hotel its self was nice the rooms were cool and the decor was nice. I liked the vibe of the place, but there are definitely some things that need to be improved on.

If your looking to wine down and just enjoy quiet I wouldn’t book this hotel from the check in it was hectic, the pool wasn’t that clean people left food and drinks EVERYWHERE, too kid friendly tbh hallways had a semi smell but was clean rooms clean just the AC barely worked at night overall I would not stay here again too busy of a hotel and I did stay over the weekend. I’d suggest a hotel that does NOT have pool day passes
