Stayed for one night while travelling with family. Beautiful setting in the mountains of New Hampshire, but within short driving distance of groceries and restaurants. Normally, I do not like rooms on the ground floor, but this room was quiet and close to an exit which made it very convenient to go to the car to load and unload. View of the mountains and forest was a bonus.

The property itself was great, bed was comfortable. The problem was when we were checking in at midnight, they said they didn’t have a room for us. The third party app over booked the hotel. Not exactly what I wanted to hear especially when I called that morning to inform them we’d be late checking in and was rudely told before I could finish that I can check in anytime after 3pm…. and all of the other hotels in the area were booked because of a concert at SPAC. They somehow had a room that magically appeared and the situation was rectified.
