Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale.ottima la pulizia delle camere, la colazione è varia e offre un menu internazionale. Nel complesso consiglio sicuramente la struttura per una vacanza all’Aquila.”

“It's cheap but other hotels with the same or lower price are much better. A lot of electric appliances in the room are not working and the staff is non-existent. Good and quiet location though. The juice from the "breakfast" was the previous person's and it was open and half of it consumed.”

“The room was clean, the air conditioning was great. A range the breakfast items were available. We were a give a double bed and a single sofa bed. The springs could be felt through the sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable and gave my husband a backache. We spoke to the receptionist who wouldn’t change the room or the bed. Told us we can book another room. The advertising the of rooms is not as we thought it would be a twin room as we selected that but the wording stated “or double room” so they...
