Pousada ótima, as acomodações confortáveis e bem organizada! Fomos com a nossa bebê que tem alergia a leite e a equipe da cozinha foi maravilhosa e deu toda assistência. Único ponto de melhoria seria uma mesinha de apoio no banheiro, pois a pia é pequena e para quem vai com a esposa, fica sem espaço.

Atendimento da recepção e cozinha foi excepcional! Quarto do térreo virado para o estacionamento sem privacidade alguma! Não podíamos abrir a cortina! Teve um dia em que deixamos o cartão de entrada antes do meio dia para limpeza! Voltamos e estava do mesmo jeito! Não teve troca de toalhas, nem retiraram o lixo! Acho que falta transparência em relação ao quarto! Falam em quarto duplo superior! Deveriam ser sinceros e colocar logo que é térreo virado para o estacionamento! Sentimos que fomos enganados!

Estádia maravilhosa

Lugar incrível. Tudo novinho e em ótima condições. A localização tbm é muito boa. Café da manhã maravilhoso com opções de tapioca, omelete, ovos mexidos, tudo feito na hora. Funcionários muito solícitos em especial o Jonathan da recepção e a Sandra q faz as gostosuras do café da manhã, os dois muito educados e simpáticos. Com ctz qdo voltar a Campos qro me hospedar nessa pousada.

Boa estrutura, precisa melhorar o café da manhã

Hotel recém inaugurado, faltam alguns acabamentos, mas nada que desabone o local. Sentimos falta de ar-condicionado no quarto (tem apenas um aquecedor pequeno, que em dias mais frios não dá conta). O café da manhã deixou a desejar: pouca variedade, falta uma superfície aquecida para manter pães quentes na mesa de serviço. Pedimos uma tapioca que estava impossível de comer. E as moças que fazem o serviço sempre com a cara feia. O serviço nos demais horários foi bem gentil, apesar de pouco treinado. Também achamos bem estranha a cobrança de taxa de 10% de serviço ao final da estadia. Eles falaram que era opcional, mas foi bem constrangedor.
