The Hotel is located in quiet area. It is not near to a shopping or commerce in a walkable way, but the Hotel offers a lot of convenience and good quality in the food and beverages.

Very run down. First look up on the drive up. Broken skylight panels, fountain not working, pavers uneven. Pool was supposed to be the best part but was closed for maintenance the whole trip. Noisy maintenance work inside and out. Showers full of mold and missing grout. Very dated fixtures. Splintered wooden cabinetry. Poorly repaired walls. blackout curtains had holes. Musty smell in the rooms. Bedding was comfortable with nice pillows. Same breakfast choices everyday- adequate quality. Poor wifi. No internet authorized on the TV... forget your hulu or firestick! Limited cable options.

Minha experiência no Carlton Plaza Baobá foi positiva no geral, principalmente pelo atendimento cordial da equipe. Os colaboradores são educados, prestativos e demonstram boa disposição para ajudar sempre que necessário. A limpeza do hotel também é satisfatória, tanto nos quartos quanto nas áreas comuns. Os quartos são funcionais e cumprem bem a proposta de uma hospedagem prática, embora sejam relativamente simples e sem muito espaço ou estrutura para quem precisa trabalhar por longos períodos dentro do quarto. O café da manhã é bom e oferece variedade adequada, com pães, frutas, sucos e algumas opções quentes. O restaurante atende bem, porém um ponto de melhoria é a climatização: apenas parte do ambiente possui ar-condicionado, enquanto outra parte fica sem climatização, o que pode tornar o espaço desconfortável em dias mais quentes. Algo que também chamou atenção foi a temperatura nas áreas comuns. A recepção e o hall frequentemente ficam bastante quentes, aparentemente porque as portas permanecem abertas em vez de manter o ambiente climatizado com o ar-condicionado ligado. Quanto à localização, o hotel fica um pouco fora de mão por estar mais distante do centro da cidade. Há um shopping relativamente próximo, mas ainda assim não é prático ir a pé. No meu caso específico isso não foi um problema, pois participei de um evento de trabalho realizado no próprio hotel.

Eu e minha esposa não conseguimos dormir a noite toda, hóspedes mal educados a noite inteira falando alto pelos corredores e um casal fazendo s&x0 no quarto de cima e gritando. O hotel que era para ser de família parecia motel, desrespeito com as famílias que estavam hospedadas. Terrível!
