Funcionarios totalmente despreparados

Ao chegar ao quarto a TV não funcionava e o ar tb estava com algum probleminha. Foi qdo fui trocado de quarto com a presença do recepcionista. Qual não foi a minha surpresa q no check out a recepcionista perguntou o q havia ocorrido e após explicado informou que as arrumadeiras fazem check in e que estava faltando um edredom e se por acaso eu por engano não haveria levado para o novo quarto. Apesar de haver me hospedado neste hotel por diversas vezes achei inconveniente e inadequada a pergunta até mesmo por que não trabalho no ramo de vendas e minha bagagem não teria espaço para colocar um edredom. Achei a pergunta inoportuna inadequada para não dizer absurda. Acho q o perfil dos hóspedes com os quais eles estão acostumados e um pouco fora do meu razão pela qual pensarei duas vezes em me hospedar lá novamente
