Fica a desejar

A localização da pousada é excelente, porém as condições do quarto ficam a desejar. Reservei um quarto para três hóspedes, mas sinceramente só tem espaço para dois confortavelmente. O lixo do quarto não foi retirado, mesmo cheio e mesmo deixando a chave com a responsável. Ou seja, só trocou as toalhas e arrumou a cama. Café da manhã é básico.

Não gostamos do hotel, chuveiro com água precária, quarto frio, localização não é próxima ao centro de Capivari. Péssimo café da manhã, sem variedade, qualidade dos alimentos muito ruins, não recomendo e não voltarei.

Pousada aconchegante

Pousada bem aconchegante. Café da manhã bom. Recepcionista atenciosa e ajudou em tudo e com dicas de Campos do Jordão. A pousada fica perto do centro e rodoviária. No início a água do chuveiro na esquentava logo foi resolvido e fizeram a troca do quarto.

Decepcionada

Bom, pra começar, ao chegar na pousada fomos comunicados que nosso quarto não era o que estavamos esperando, pois havia 3 tipos de quarto e o nosso seria o intermediário, mesmo que aqui no Hoteis só mostre dois tipos para qualquer data qud você reserve. Ao entrar no quarto, deparamos com um aquecedor eletrico que não funcionava, que foi substituído, e logo após verificarmos que ele estava ligando, nós saimos e só voltamos para dormir, o que gerou muito aborrecimento (e frio), pois para o quarto (super gelado) o aquecedor não ajudou em nada, não esquentava a mais de meio metro de distancia dele. Para cobrir, só tinha disponível duas mantas tipo soft!!! Pra uma cidade fria, em plenos mês de julho, foi de muito mal gosto a pousada não deixar disponível mais cobertas ou ter um edredon, pelo menos. No banheiro, o secador não funcionava... parece que nos deram um quarto que nada funcionava!! E pra completar, o café da manhã era de 8h as 10h, e o salão de refeições dispunha de 4 mesas (por causa da pandemia)... Penso que se tem restrição de ocupação, o horário para o café deveria ser maior. Enfim, essa foi, com certeza, a nossa última estadia lá!

Lugar que requer melhorias!

A pousada requer melhorias. Os funcionários são altamente cordiais. Mas, a estrutura para Campos deixa a desejar... os cobertores são velhos, chuveiro que não funciona bem, manchas no lençol, etc. Tudo bem que o valor é ok, mas são detalhes que mudam todo cenário.
