Nossa hospedagem foi muito tranquila desde a entrada até a saída. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Roupas de cama muito limpas e cheirosas. Hotel todo limpo e organizado. Muito perto da Canção Nova, no máximo 05 minutos a pé.

Pousada bem localizada. Quando chegamos, nos levaram para um quarto triplo por engano, depois nos realocaram para um quarto de casal, porém não estava limpo. Cabelo na cama; banheiro sujo, edredon com as bordas sujas. Um café da manhã excelente. Os funcionários são excepcionais!

A Pousada do Reinildo na Canção Nova é um verdadeiro refúgio de tranquilidade. Com quartos confortáveis, além de uma atmosfera acolhedora, é o lugar ideal para relaxar e recarregar as energias. A equipe é simpática e prestativa. A localização privilegiada, próxima aos eventos da Canção Nova, também é uma vantagem. Recomendo vivamente para quem busca uma estadia na região. Fora dos eventos Canção Nova, pergunte os horarios de funcionamento do comércio e estabelecimentos, por ser uma cidade pequena, alguns fecham cedo, outros só abrem aos finais de semana.

Recepcionista gente boa. Horários de café da manhã péssimos (7h-9h), não conseguimos tomar café da manhã nenhum dia, pois era o horário da missa e ao voltar já havia encerrado!! As 6:30h perguntei se poderiamos servir, foi negado!! Não fizeram limpeza do quarto em nenhum dos dias da estadia. Portanto, não recomendo!!

A pousada tinha mau cheiro no andar de baixo, o piso do quarto fica o tempo todo molhado. O café da manhã é bom. A descarga do banheiro estava com uma gambiarra e era muito dura.
