The owners are fantastic. Their whole goal is the comfort and satisfaction of their clients. Breakfast is good. Our room was fantastic with a fireplace, a sitting room, a jetted tub and separate shower.

A pousada fica localizada em uma região muito distante do centro e pontos turísticos de interesse da cidade. O acesso a pousada é feito através de uma estrada de barro cheio de buracos, pedras e lama. A equipe de funcionários sao pessoas de fino trato e tentaram me ajudar a cancelar quando cheguei (antes de fazer o Check in)com minha família, porém a administradora da pousada foi insensível a minha solicitação e negou de imediato. O quarto tinha apenas um aquecedor antigo (a óleo) que nao esquentava suficientemente o quarto, principalmente nesta região que é muito fria durante o inverno, e particularmente no dia que cheguei estava registrando temperar negativa de -1°c. O cafe da manhã não é ruim, porem tem pouca variedade e foi feito distinção entre os dias da minha estadia. No primeiro dia de minha estadia a pousada estava vazia e colocaram poucas coisas no buffet do café da manhã, ja no último dia (domingo) como a pousada estava com bastante hóspedes colocaram mais itens no buffet e me refiro a variedade de produtos e nao a quantidade.

Café da manhã maravilhoso!! Quanto ao ar quente, precisa melhorar um pouco, pois se estiver muito frio não esquenta não! A torneira do banheiro também deveria ter na opção quente…. Fora esses detalhes estava tudo ok! O moço da recepção muito atencioso e simpático.

Nossa experiência na pousada foi apenas razoável. Ficamos apenad um dia e um dos pontos que mais me desagradou foi o valor cobrado pela hospedagem de pets, que considerei bastante elevado em comparação ao serviço oferecido. Além disso, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Havia poucas opções disponíveis, com pouca variedade de alimentos e bebidas, o que acabou comprometendo a experiência. A equipe foi cordial, mas acredito que a pousada poderia rever a política de cobrança para animais de estimação e investir em um café da manhã mais completo para proporcionar uma estadia mais satisfatória aos hóspedes.

A pia do banheiro tinha pelos de outro hóspede. A fronha suja e fedendo não haviam trocado. Um bicho morto no chão ou seja o quarto não teve nenhum preparo e cuidado... A porta com teia de aranha. Paredes caindo reboco. No café da manhã achamos cabelo. Se você quer descansar vai depender do seu vizinho de quarto. Acústica péssima!
