Já havia ficado neste hotel. Pessoal é atencioso, o local é bom, o banheiro é bem pequeno, e os azulejos estavam um pouco sujos. Tirando isso tudo é muito bom.

Não se hospede neste hotel

Hotel sofrível. Fiz reserva erroneamente achando ser o Carlton Plaza Hotel, ao lado deste Plaza Hotel. Não lembrava o nome do Carlton, pois me hospedei nele uma vez e achei bom. Mas como já tinha pago com cartão, fique no Plaza mesmo. Não tem elevador, cama horrivel, e roupas de cama precisando ser melhor lavadas (estavam cinzas) e duvidosamente limpas. O ar condicionado até que é bom. Café da manhã com muito pouca opção. Só tem manteiga para passar no pão, nenhuma geleia nem para o bolo (2 tipos somente).

O funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados e simpáticos. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem servido, boas opções, e tudo fresco. O wifi, iluminação, agua fria e quente, porta eletrônica, funcionam bem. O problema foi o barulho após as 22h e durante toda a madrugada nos quartos do andar de cima, arrastavam móveis, discutiam em voz alta e batiam a porta o tempo todo. O blindex do box do banheiro do meu quarto estava com vazamento e molhava o chão do banheiro.

Fomos recebidos muito bem, os quartos estavam limpos, lençóis bem brancos e organizado. Só um ponto que me deixou incomodada foram as higienes das toalhas, estavam bem amarelas, machadas. Sempre levo minha toalha mas pra quem utiliza a do hotel, vale essa informação.

Poderia ser melhor.

Desconfortável, a cama de casal era pequena e o ar condicionado muito próximo da cama , O banheiro não parece ser lavado só limpo.O café com pocas opções.Ter que deixar o carro na rua também não é legal.Ponto positivo ter telecine,mas a imagem péssima.

Estadia do terror!!!

Péssima!!! Ambiente sujo, banheiro sujo e fedorento (cheiro que subia do ralo), toalhas e roupas de cama encardidas, internet horrivel ,café da manhã muito simples. Hotel muito frequentado por trabalhadores que moram em outras cidades, a entrada do hotel alguns dias a noite parece um fluxo, no dia seguinte ao sair vc se depara com o acesso do hotel cheio de latinhas de cerveja e bitucas de cigarro na escada de acesso.

O hotel é ruim! As toalhas amareladas , as camas são ruins , as janelas sujas e mofas. O banheiro é sujo , e a água que sai do chuveiro tem cheiro ruim. Não recomendo.
