The rock n roll theme throughout hotel was very neat. No loud music. It was very quiet and peaceful. Uses a key to enter room and must be returned to desk each time you leave. Breakfast, served from 8a-12p, was delicious with fresh fruit and eggs, yogurt, cakes, bread, salami. Tea time from 5p-7p. Nice long walk to downtown shops & restaurants. We did not like the carpet in the rooms and hallways. The oder in room from air fresheners and old carpet flared up my allergies. Had to sleep with windows open from the smell. Otherwise, was nice hotel and friendly staff. One water bottle provided, Additional water bottles available for $1 each.

The room was ckean, the bed was firm and very comfortable. Wifi was decent. Breakfast was nice, but lacked gluten-free options. The floor in our room was heated, which was a big plus as it was winter.

Além de tudo ter funcionado e transcorrido muito bem, da cordialidade e prestatividade dos funcionários (de todas as áreas), do simpático chá da tarde (pontualíssimo e generoso), o ambiente da pousada é único e inigualável, um astral fascinante, decoração impecável, cada peça tem um propósito, tudo colocado no lugar certo! E, para arrematar, é uma pousada honesta! Os preços dos itens de frigobar são justissimos, muito abaixo dos valores exorbitantes dos bares e restaurantes da cidade. E você pode levar seu vinho e curtir na varanda, ou no terraço, ou ouvindo um Pink Floyd numa salinha aconchegante e cuidadosamente decorada. Inesquecível!

O quarto estava limpo e tinha lençóis aquecidos e tb ar condicionado quente. Bastante confortável. O chuveiro tb estava quente e agradável. Gostei do café da tarde incluído na diária. Estive lá há 10 anos e o cafe da manhã tinha mais variedades de itens, porisso coloquei bom. A equipe é muito prestativa e continua um bom lugar p se hospedar em Campos do Jordão

Eu e meus familiares amamos a estadia na Piano Piano Pousada! A equipe toda é extremamente educada, prestativa e atenciosa. A pousada é linda e toda temática. Tudo é pensado voltado para a música. O quarto era muito agradável, espaçoso, confortável e bem limpo. O café da manhã era excelente e o chá da tarde também. Não é longe do centro, mas fica em uma área alta, com ladeira, então para ir a pé fica um pouco complicado. Nós amamos, indicamos e caso a gente volte para Campos do Jordão, ficaremos novamente na Piano Piano.

A pousada temática é maravilhosa. Quanto limpo e espaçoso, a equipe de funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, quarto com ventilador e ar condicionado, chuveiro que aquece rápido, sem precisar esperar minutos para aquecer e não desperdiçar água. A pousada é muito boa e confortável, fazem o possível para que o hospede se sinta bem. Muita cortesia, gentileza e mimos! Achei otimo o café da manhã que vai até o meio dia. A cortesia do café da tarde é otima. Achei o quarto um pouco pequeno mas nada que chegue a ser um problema. E um pequeno detalhe, acho que a piscina climatizada poderia ser mais quente. No geral, excelente. A pousada merece parabéns!
