A Seamless experience in the Brazilian hills

This hotel is an exuberant point of comfort and convenience, from the entrance gates we could see the attention paid to every detail, my family was very well received, we were welcomed and well served by the entire staff, we had no desire to even go out and see the city. I hope to return soon

Estadia no hotel com atendimento e proatividade dos funcionarios impecavel. Sem adendos quanto a essa parte Ponto negativo fica por conta da televisão necessitar de internet e o wifi do hotel deu problema todos os fias sendo necessario aguardar staff ir ao quarto arrumar e muitas vezes travava no meio dos filmes. Outro adendo quanto ao chuveiro que fica dando instabilidades quanto ao frio extremo e calor extremo. Pontos que nao interferem numa volta a hospedagem quando voltarmos a campos do jordão. Indicarei as pessoas

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! O quarto era extremamente confortável, com roupas de cama limpas, cheirosas e de alta qualidade, além de uma cama e travesseiros que garantiram noites maravilhosas de descanso. O banheiro também merece destaque: tudo bem limpo as amenidades eram impecáveis, roupão extremamente confortável e o aquecedor tornou tudo ainda mais aconchegante e delicioso. A estrutura do hotel é extraordinária, mas o que mais nos marcou foi a surpresa preparada para minha esposa em seu aniversário. Eles superaram todas as expectativas, tornando o momento ainda mais especial e memorável. Gostaríamos também de destacar o restaurante Küche, que nos proporcionou refeições deliciosas, com pratos lindo e um serviço excepcional do gerente. Sem dúvidas, voltaremos em breve!
