Great hotel.

Perfect stop on our way to Campos do Jordao. Valdir at the reception received us at 1am and was very nice and professional. Room is clean and confortable. Good breakfast and safe parking.

Boas acomodações destaque especial para a limpeza.

Hotel confortável e bem limpo. Estacionamento apertado e não comporta todos os carros, qdo cheio é necessário deixar as Chaves na recepção. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, com presunto de verdade e manteiga, (apresuntado e margarina ninguém merece), mas é questão de gosto. Os funcionários da recepção são educados e atencioso.

Gastamos muito e quase certo que e uma possibilidades de voltar a nos hospedar, funcionários muito educados, ao meu ver so teve uma falha, na epoca que ficamos no hotel a cidade tava com um evento e na manhã do cafe quando descemos nao tinha muita coisa e demoraram a repor, mais de tudo a cidade e maravilhosa.

Não mantiveram o Padrão de Qualidade

Dessa vez a experiência foi bem diferente da última, infelizmente. O hotel estava lotado e acabou perdendo a qualidade do serviço pela falta de preparo e planejamento. Nos colocaram num quarto novo, porém ainda estavam em obra no prédio, aquele cheiro horrivel no elevador e fora o acesso para os quartos no meio de poeira (a minha rinite adorou rs). Cheguei com a minha esposa e filha por volta de meia noite e me colocaram num quarto apenas com 1 cama de casal, sim, INACREDITÁVEL kkkk. Tivemos que pedir pra trocar de quarto. Espero que da proxima vez eu fique no predio principal e não mais nesse anexo.
