The service is very good. People are ready to help anytime. But the building is falling a part. And the towels... you can get call it rags. Food is great, security is also great. I hope they can bring back up on the high end. Ive been there one year ago and what a difference!

A very decent hotel with an exceptionally large space. It had a living room, kitchen, bathroom and queen sized bed. Too bad we didn’t stay for breakfast

The hotel is really old and smells like mold. The towels and bed linen were see through thin, very old. The sheets were smaller than the bed and of really poor quality. When we arrived there was no towels.

Hotel super bem localizado, facil de chegar, facil de sair. Ao lado do Shopping Center Vale, de um posto BR com loja de conveniência e academia. Café da manhã completo, frutas frescas, salão amplo. Servico de valet no estacionamento é bem rapido tb. Os quartos de frente pra rodovia são um pouco mais barulhentos mas nao chega a incomodar, pois o isolamento acustico é bom. A TV de 32" na Suíte poderia ser um pouco maior. Mas no geral o hotel é bom e prático. Super me atendeu.
