The hotel and location is very nice as well the staff. Checking went smooth and room availability a few minutes before noon. The room is spacious and cleaned. I believe the hotel needs to improve the bed mattress and provide more than only two pillows. The bed linen was not fresh and looks dirty. Need to provide bed linen that look pleasant. Stayed 1 night and didn’t bother to request more pillows.

The glory days of the hotel are over. I ended up in a room for wheelchair users, although I did not ask for one. Everything low, uncomfortable, it's just like putting a person in a wheelchair in a normal room.

Sempre fico nesse hotel, ele é maravilhoso Eu só tenho dois pontos bem consideráveis de melhoria. Colocar um climatizador na piscina, pois onde ela foi instalada não pega sol, ela fica congelando, nunca vi ninguém conseguir usar. Outro ponto, poderia ter uma brinquedoteca no hotel. No mais tudo ótimo, toda vez que vou pra São José fico no monreale.

Tem tudo para ser 5 estrelas

Hotel muito bonito, elegante, bem tranquilo e bem silencioso nos corredores dos quartos. Cama king apesar de ser de molas, se mostrou firme, edredons muito gostosos. A única questão foi o ar condicionado, eles são antigos e tivemos que trocar de quarto pq vazou água no quarto. Fomos para outro quarto e o ar não aumentava a temperatura. Área da piscina venta muito. Em dias mais frescos fica difícil aguentar a água gelada. No mais excelente hotel.

O hotel é bom. Apresenta um conforto dentro da média. Já me hospedei algumas vezes. Mas alguns problemas crônicos ainda persistem. Acredito que os quartos devam ser remodelados. O hotel é antigo e começa a apresentar problemas bastante complicados. Algumas camas são muito ruins com colchões velhos e todo deformado. O ar condicionado é antigo e com aspecto de pouca limpeza, apesar de ser do tipo split. A acústica do hotel também deixa um pouco a desejar.
