The best affordable hotel in São José dos Campos, SP. Near Santos Dumont Park, quick walk or drive to downtown and many restaurants nearby. Free breakfast served until late and one of the best I've seen for the price. Very friendly staff, plenty of smiles. Standard brazilian bathroom unfortunately, not impressed.

The hotel and location is very nice as well the staff. Checking went smooth and room availability a few minutes before noon. The room is spacious and cleaned. I believe the hotel needs to improve the bed mattress and provide more than only two pillows. The bed linen was not fresh and looks dirty. Need to provide bed linen that look pleasant. Stayed 1 night and didn’t bother to request more pillows.

Comfortable stay in the centre of the city

The Reception staff was friendly, efficient and acted quickly to resolve our complaints. We were moved 2 floors up to a room with no problems. The bed was large and comfortable. The safe was easy to operate and everything worked well. The hairdryer in the bathroom was old but worked. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and different options. No coffee machine for fancy coffee but the coffee provided was excellent. There was no liquid soap or shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo. Walking distance to Santos Dumont Park and to Vicentina Aranha Park. We used taxis to visit family members and to go to Shopping Centers. We can't evaluate the level of English of staff because we spoke to everyone in Portuguese. We would stay there again.

The glory days of the hotel are over. I ended up in a room for wheelchair users, although I did not ask for one. Everything low, uncomfortable, it's just like putting a person in a wheelchair in a normal room.

Ficamos hospedados no quarto superior. Silencioso, pois as janelas abafam bem o barulho da rua, bastante espaçoso e bem equipado, inclusive com uma mesinha e uma escrivaninha. Bom banheiro com ótimo chuveiro. Tudo muito bem limpo. Cama confortável, porém com colchão um pouco mole, mas isso depende do gosto de cada um. Bom café da manhã e atendimento bastante cordial por parte de todos os funcionários. Estacionamento pago a parte e com manobrista (R$ 25,00 a diária). Localizado em bairro tranquilo e próximo ao Center Vale Shopping para quem está de carro. A pé será uma caminhada meia longa. Achei que foi um ótimo custo-benefício.
