Prático e confortável

Segunda vez que preciso pernoitar em SJC e escolho esse hotel. Cama confortável e chuveiro bom. A única ressalva é com relacao a internet que não estava boa. Ele é pet friendly e tem microondas no quarto, o que facilita muito pra mim que viajo sempre com minha cachorrinha.

O hotel não estava com a sua lotação máxima, mas a atendente não permitiu que fizéssemos um check in antecipado (90 minutos antes do horário permitido). O apartamento é espaçoso e confortável, contava com chaleira elétrica, duas TVs, mesa para refeições e amenities. Mas tinha dentro do box do banheiro uma coluna estrutural que atrapalhava a movimentação. Chuveiro com jato forte, água com temperatura regulável e agradável. Ambiente para café da manhã bom, atendentes atenciosos e corteses, itens variados e de qualidade. Sala de ginástica compacta mas com equipamentos bons para musculação e cárdio. A localização é muito boa, os recepcionistas atenciosos, a suíte tem uma dimensão excelente, as condições de limpeza estavam satisfatórias. Pontos que precisam de atenção: o black-out das cortinas não funcionam bem - foto anexa - e o café da manhã oferecido (terceirizado) pode melhorar muito.
