Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício. Café da manhã muito bom. Tivemos um problema com a limpeza do quarto em um dos dias da viagem, mas nada que desabone o hotel. Infelizmente para mim, e felizmente para outros, o hotel é pet friendly. É possível que você presencie latidos e alguns desentendimentos entre cães durante o café da manhã ou nos momentos de descanso na piscina. Como sugestão, seria interessante a disponibilização de mais guarda-sóis na área da piscina.

O quarto era peefeito limpo aconchegante e a cama maravilhosa. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade incrível de pães bolos frutas sucos e e muito mais, os funcionários eram atenciosos e o hotel tem um exelente atendimento, o estacionamento é 10,00 a diaria mas muito bom e seguro. Hotel novo e quarto excelente muito espaçoso. Estrutura muito boa. O valor dos itens no mini bar é aburdo, sei que hoteis são caros, mas esse passou do limite. A primeira vez que fiquei hospedada foi maravilhoso mas desta vez foi péssimo os pontos bons quarto limpo e café da manhã impecável, Os pontos ruins a equipe da piscina área ser mais específico o Bar, todos desorganizados não anotavam direito os pedidos, nosso amigo teve que descrever o que estava devendo pois eles não sabiam, meu marido ganhou um premio, uma bebida e como estavam demorando (uma hora) ele foi falar com o rapaz da bebida Denilson e ele virou as costa para ele, não quis ouvir a reclamação meu marido ficou nervoso e eu fiquei esperando ele fazer a bebida, meu marido foi reclamar com Carol e ela destratou meu marido, não deu importância ao caso, e ainda quiseram cobrar a bebida ganha, resumindo um desastre, tudo muito desorganizado sem contar a piscina muito suja. Ficamos desapontados, não pretendo me hospedar novamente, é um hotel muito gostoso quartos excelentes, limpeza excelente mas a parte nova da piscina um pessoal completamente de despreparados e sem nenhuma habilidade no trato com os clientes, infelizmente temos que tomar cuidado na contratação do pessoal, isso é muito importante em um negócio. Triste.
