Hotel bem localizado, ao lado do shopping , supermercado e academia com passagem direta do hotel, facilita bastante durante a estadia. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, no café da manhã, o café poderia ser melhor, estava com gosto de borracha.

Fomos bem recebidos, atendimento rápido. Solicitei mais toalhas pois estávamos em 3 e muito eficiente o serviços... Quarto aconchegante e iluminação adequada para o sono, mas em determinado momento a iluminação deixou a desejar. Quarto pouco iluminado. Travesseiro baixo. Poderiam deixar mais travesseiros disponíveis. Demorei a dormir por conta de barulho de veículos que passam perto do hotel... Fora isso tudo foi perfeito... Café ótimo com bastante variedade de sucos, bolos, pães... Valor acessível e ótimas opções de pagamento.

Muito barulho

O hotel é bom, os funcionários educados, e o café da manhã tem ótima qualidade. O único porém, foi o barulho da obra na construção do anexo do hotel em pleno domingo de manhã enquanto estávamos tomando o café, os hóspedes ficaram muito incomodados com a falta de sensibilidade do hotel com esse incômodo.

Cheguei e fui colocado no quarto errado. Tive que esperar mais de 15 min para ser trocado de quarto. No quarto que me colocaram o controle do ar não funcionava e estava muito sujo. Impossível ficar descalço de tão sujo.

O atendimento no hotel é excepcional! Todos extremamente educados! O único ponto negativo é um mau cheiro no banheiro, provavelmente do encanamento. Mas é só deixar a porta fechada que não atrapalha.

Banheiro exalava mau cheiro no quarto inteiro. Ar condicionado não funcionou a função aquecimento. (O dia estava muito frio e tinha apenas um cobertor fino). Tambore começaram a cobrar o estacionamento que antes era gratuito.
