A maioria das pessoas ficam no íbis por causa do custo benefício. Sempre fiquei nessa unidade, era muito honesto, dessa vez tive que pagar 25 de estacionamento que não era cobrado, mas 48 por pessoa de café da manhã, que daria quase 100 reais, a conta é simples, somando tudo da próxima vez escolho um hotel de melhor qualidade, já que irei pagar tudo isso por fora! Uma pena, já fiquei nessa unidade no mínimo umas 4x, acredito que dessa vez seja a última…

Apartamento de modo geral deficiente! Sem interfone, tv de baixissima qualidade e de tamanho, banheiro box abaixo da crítica, limpeza do banheiro box deixando a desejar e muito. Café da manhã muito bom. Não sabia que não tinha Frigobar no quarto, nem que ao pedir uma pizza na região e solicitar 2 pratos, talheres e copos.me cobraram 2 reais por cada prato e ainda entregam copo de papel.....isso foi desnecessário, não condizente com padrão Ibis

Estacionamento com manobrista e silencioso

Ótimo lugar para uma parada entre Rio e São Paulo. Tem Estacionamento próprio com manobrista e fica junto a Dutra. Apesar de perto da Dutra, não é barulhento e tivemos uma noite bem tranquila.

Degradante

A décadas uso a rede Ibis por conhecê-la e achá-la satisfatória quanto ao seu o padrão geral. Sinto no entanto que este padrão não tem se mantido especificamente nesta unidade. Foco minhas críticas nas facilidades antes oferecidas e hoje eliminadas. A exemplo temos a não oferta de toalhas de rosto, quarto faltando a poltrona padrão em baixo da janela (quarto 861), a ausência do suporte para toalha sob a pia do banheiro antes existente, tábua da privada solta, entre outros pontos antes inexistentes. Observa-se também que a infraestrutura do prédio está deteriorada com infiltrações de água na parede do quarto citado, bem como nas janelas do corredor do andar. Oportuno citar que este hotel oferecia estacionamento incluso na diária e hoje este é terceirizado cobrando-se uma taxa diária de R$ 20. Cabe citar que estive hospedado no primeiro semestre deste ano e já observava estas características negativas no estabelecimento. É uma unidade muito bem localizada em frente a um Shopping com uma excelente praça de alimentação e lojas para todos os bolsos. Sua localização oferece fácil acesso as rodovias e ao centro da cidade todavia, deixa a desejar quanto as suas degradantes facilidades.
