Nossa estadia foi incrível. O hotel superou nossas expectativas em diversos aspectos: atendimento, conforto, limpeza e estrutura. Tivemos uma experiência excelente e aproveitamos muito nossa hospedagem. No entanto, fomos surpreendidos no momento do check-out com a cobrança de uma taxa de funcionário no valor de R$ 160, mesmo já tendo quitado integralmente a estadia. Como essa cobrança não havia sido informada nem pela Hoteis.com nem durante o check-in, nos sentimos pegos de surpresa. Entendemos a importância de reconhecer o trabalho da equipe e, por isso, deixamos espontaneamente um valor simbólico de R$ 50. Porém, acreditamos que qualquer cobrança adicional deve ser informada com total transparência antes da hospedagem ou, no mínimo, no momento do check-in.

Minha experiencia foi excelente. O hotel é lindíssimo, exatamente como nas fotos, o quarto é espaçoso, limpo, confortável, silencioso e bem quentinho. Os funcionários simpáticos, solicitos e muito educados. O café da manhã é bem variado. Recomendo de olhos fechados. Uma pena que fui para passar apenas uma noite, mas voltando a Campos, já tenho onde me hospedar. Amei tudo!

Essa é a segunda vez que me hospedo nessa propriedade, a primeira visita havia sido em 2023. A estrutura geral é boa, bem conservada e aconchegante. Fomos muito bem recebidos durante o check-in e o staff em geral é muito prestativo e simpático. Senti falta do funcionamento dos aquecedores. Durante minha estadia em 2023, também durante o mês de maio, os aquecedores eram ligados durante a noite e deixavam o quarto mais aconchegante. Outro ponto interessante de se avaliar seria o horário de início do café da manhã, que no meu ponto de vista é um pouco tarde atualmente com o início às 8 horas. Ainda assim, o café da manhã é muito completo, com várias opções no buffet e também com as opções de pedir omelete e tapioca.
