Hotel Matsubara: Uau!

Hotel fantástico! Excelente acomodação, vastos ambientes de convivência para toda a família, ótimos serviços com destaque ao transfer para a praça do Capivari. Lindo jardim com lago e peixes ornamentais. Ótima hospedagem!

Local muito bem localizado, muito aconchegante, eles tem transfer para ir até o centro que facilita muito pois é ruim de estacionar, zero defeitos! Voltarei novamente com certeza

Cheguei dia 12Jun25 as 18 hs e fiquei no quarto 207. Ao tomar banho a ducha praticamente goteva e não esquentava. As 20 hs ao sair reclamei e ao voltar a ducha saia água mas não esquentava. Na manhã seguinte reclamei novamente e o funcionário da manutenção constatou q a ducha realmente não esquentava e o problema era na caldeira. As 11:45 tinha q tomar banho para fazer o check out e a água da ducha ainda estava praticamente fria. Outro detalhe é q o aquecedor elétrico não tem capacidade para aquecer o quarto e o banheiro ao mesmo tempo, até pedi mais um aquecedor, mas o funcionário disse q a parte elétrica do quarto não suportaria. A temperatura em Campos chegou a 2°C, não conseguimos tomar um banho quente e ter uma noite confortável. Depois vi que outras pessoas já reclamaram da questão q a ducha não esquenta o suficiente nos dias mais frios. Outro detalhe é q a cortina do quarto não é blackout e logo cedo a claridade incomoda. Não volto mais e não recomendo. Pelo preço da para ficar em pousadas com mais conforto a exemplo do Campo dos Holandeses, Jardon, GrandChamp...

Fiquei uma noite apenas. Apesar de usufruir pouco, me serviu bem a acomodação. A café da manhã está tudo gostoso. A vista da janela tbm muito bonita. Quanto a localização, achei ótima, próximo ao centro de Capivari.

A estadia foi ótima senti falta do ar condicionado pois estou acostumada,não tem piscina então senti falta tbm o bom é poder levar minha Pet que é minha companheira e café da manhã é muito bom e completo tem dvd de cortesia mais n funcionou no meu quarto queria ter visto um filme antigo que tinha lá até tentaram me ajudar mais não funcionou de jeito nenhum,de resto foi satisfatório voltaria no tempo de frio no calor sem condições por falta do ar condicionado

Boa relação custo x beneficio

Hotel antigo, porém bem conservado! Quartos e banheiros amplos. Hotel disponibiliza aquecedor elétrico nos quartos, o que garante noites de sono tranquila e sem necessidade de cobertores. O que incomodou foi o fato dos corredores serem acarpetados, pode ser uma problema para quem é alérgico. Bom café da manhã!

Um classico em Campos

O Matsubara é um classico em Campos, há a proximidade do centro de Capivari é muito boa, quarto é grande e confortável e o banheiro também. A decoração em estilo japonês é muito agradável e está tudo muito bem cuidado

Enganoso é negligente.

Nós hospedamos diversas vezes neste mesmo hotel, sempre que viajamos com nosso filho, pois realmente era muito bom , portanto desta vez a experiência não foi das melhores, reservamos um quarto com varanda , mas na hora não tinha disponível, somente uma janela minúscula com vista pro estacionamento , parecia um sótão, na hora informaram que no anúncio do hotel explica, porém não está explícito , mas a foto da sacada está bem chamativa, induzindo o cliente a achar que todos os quartos são assim. A área infantil com os brinquedos quebrados com risco de acidente com a criança pois haviam parafusos expostos e fios que poderiam estar energizado pois estavam expostos e desencapados. Ressaltando que de todas as vezes que nós nos hospedamos lá, infelizmente essa foi uma experiência muito negativa.
