Muito bom atendimento, café da manhã muito bom, moças da limpeza e rapazes da recepção com atendimento muito bom. Faço apenas ressalva sobre manutenção, pois a banheira do quarto que fiquei deveria ser reformada e a ducha também. Eu estava com minha cachorrinha e foi tudo muito bom

Hotel confortável com chas e biscoitos na chegada na recepção diariamente, os funcionários super solicitos, atenciosos, e muito gentis. Cafe da manhã com bastante variedade e muito gostoso. Parabéns Agora quanto ao quarto que fiquei tenho algumas considerações de melhoria a fazer: chuveiro entupido saindo agua para todos os lados (pedi limpeza mas nada adiantou), cama super mole desconfortável porque quando um se mexia, incomodava o outro, travesseiros moles demais.

Estadia muito tranquilo no natal.

Um pouco distante do centrinho, não é muito, mas com chuvisco atrapalha um pouco. Mas tudo foi tranquilo, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã, café da tarde. Área de lazer espaçosa para crianças.

Otimo custo benefício. Peguei um quarto simples mas que atendeu muito bem para uma noite. O quarta estava com um pouco de pó no armários e embaixo da cama. O hotel é bonito, bem localizado e ótimo cafe da manhã.

As acomodações são bem antigas no geral , tem pequenas coisas que podem ser melhoradas como por exemplo, fechadura, tv, mais prateleiras ou armário no banheiro. Para ter uma ideia logo na entrada tem uma sala aberta para escolher dvd, porém não tem aparelho de dvd no quarto, então fica ali sem sentido. A área de brinquedos é legal, tem um ótimo espaço, porém está um pouco largado, sem manutenção e com um sinal de infiltração.

Nota Geral: 8.5/10 Fiquei hospedado por um dia neste hotel e minha experiência foi bastante positiva com alguns pontos a melhorar. Pontos Positivos: A localização é excelente, próximo do centro. O quarto é espaçoso e tem uma varanda grande, com uma vista bonita para as montanhas. O banheiro é amplo, o quarto tem TV, Wi-Fi e aquecedor elétrico. O café da manhã foi gostoso. O atendimento foi ótimo, com funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Pontos a Melhorar: O chuveiro foi um dos maiores problemas. Demorava bastante para ajustar a temperatura ideal e, às vezes, a água ficava muito quente ou fria. O quarto estava limpo, mas percebi que havia bastante poeira embaixo da cama, o que poderia ser melhorado. A cama não foi das mais confortáveis comparada a outros hotéis que já fiquei. No geral, é uma excelente opção para quem procura um ambiente confortável e familiar.
