Segunda vez que me hospedo no Hotel Malbec e só tenho elogios e gratidão 🙏 Atendimento maravilhoso, hotel confortável, suíte tem tudo para nos sentirmos acolhidos. Como eu comentei da outra vez, apesar do Hotel não ser encostado na Basílica, eles fornecem o serviço de Van para nos levar e buscar na Basílica/Feira e isso faz real diferença. O senhor Gerson nos envia os links de todos os lugares importantes da cidade, assim como locais para boas refeições, no entanto, no Hotel servem comida e além do preço ser acessível e vir uma quantidade generosa, é muito gostosa tbm!!! Agradeço a toda a equipe pelo atendimento!!! Detalhe, na saída o senhor Gerson ainda se preocupou conosco e nos deu uma garrafa de água gelada para levarmos na viagem ❤️‍🩹 Gratidão eterna e se Deus quiser logo voltaremos!

O hotel é muito aconchegante, os funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã é servido com muito cuidado e zelo. O dono do local responde rápido quando solicitado, além de enviar links dos locais de interesse da região (achei muito legal isso). Além de tudo isso, a Van do hotel nossa levou na igreja para a missa e nos buscou quando solicitado, isso foi sem comentários de tão maravilhoso. Muito grata a todos do hotel, não apenas ao proprietário, mas a toda a equipe que faz acontecer!

Olha minha experiência foi péssima, nem me parece um hotel. Logo na chegada a recepção mais parece um boteco mesmo, sem falar que não senti segurança nenhuma,em frente ao portão estacionamento várias pessoas estranhas e o portão todo aberto. Optamos em não ficar no mesmo. E o pessoal que nos deu retorno quanto a diária foi sem educação. Não obtive reembolso. Mas certamente não indico e nem voltarei. Eu não sei qual o critério de avaliações que esse hotel obteve. Pois não condiz com a mesma. Péssima experiência
