Heater and AC not worked properly.missing battery's on the remote controls for the heater. The breakfast was good. Hotel was in construction and 930am alot of noyse. Close to the downtown and parks and shopping.

O único problema foi no banheiro. O cano do chuveiro é curto e por causa disso encosta-se na torneira sem querer e ela acaba desligando. O caimento do piso do box também não é bom, a água acaba empoçando e não escoando em direção ao ralo.

Hotel de excelente localização, estacionamento. Local seguro muito próximo a Vila de Capivari. Quarto Limpo, roupas de cama cheirosas, camas confortáveis, chuveiro top. Hotel já fornece shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido disponível no box. Ar condicionado e TV a cabo funcionando perfeitamente. Café da manhã muito gostoso e variado. Equipe excelente. Só tenho elogios. Super recomendo.

O hotel estava em obras, mas nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem. O quarto que eu fiquei já era novo. Elevador funcionando perfeitamente. Agora precisa de uma boa faxina pós obra, tinha muito pozinho de construção no quarto. A localização é perfeita, vai andando para restaurantes e parque Capivari. Ótimo estacionamento. Café da manhã completo.

a piscina ainda não está pronta , equipe super atenciosa . Estão investindo em Retrofit. Pena que os pedreiros não fazem um bom trabalho para valorizar o material de primeira que estão colocando. Alguns detalhes que precisam de atenção como falta de abajour, porta do bsnheirs pegando em baixo, sem luz sobre a pia do banheiro . Precisa também de mais velocidade de internet porque é muito lenta e perde o sinal por ser 1 para toda o hotel .Detalhes que podem ser corrigidos . Mas apesar desses pequenos detalhes tem ótimo custo benefício, excelente colchao , tv smart.
