O hotel é realmente muito bom. A equipe sempre foi atenciosa e muito acolhedora. Tivemos um pequeno problema no check-in, mas que foi prontamente resolvido. A localização é excelente para a região do Capivari, bastando atravessar a rua para chegar ao parque, e ir a pé para os restaurantes, etc. Também é muito fácil ir do hotel para outras regiões da cidade de carro. O hotel inteiro é bem limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom, com variedade de opções (bolos, pães, frutas, etc). Não tivemos nenhum ponto negativo na nossa estadia. Enfim, é um ótimo local e nós nos hospedaríamos novamente com absoluta certeza.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com estacionamento, fomos ao centrinho de Capivari à pé tranquilamente. O quarto estava recém reformado, achamos bom, só seria melhor se tivesse um blackout mais vedado nas janelas. O café da manhã é muito bom, e os funcionários foram muito prestativos e simpáticos em todas as interações.

A estadia foi boa, o quarto limpo, os funcionários foram atenciosos e ajudaram em um pedido incomum, como esquentar água para fazer um lamén tipo Cup Noodles. O café da manhã era muito bom. Como fui de carro, o estacionamento foi muito útil. Um problema que tivemos foi a descarga do vaso do quarto que travava às vezes e demorava para parar o fluxo. Recomendo o hotel.

Nossa estadia foi incrível, quarto limpinho, o hotel está passando por uma reforma e ainda assim, estava tudo limpo e organizado! Localização excelente, muito próximo de todo centro de Campos do Jordão, dando pra fazer tudo a pé. O hotel esta passando por reforma e os quartos estão modernizados. Cama excelente, roupa de cama ótima, chuveiro bem potente, com agua quentinha. Senti falta de uma cortina blecaute que permitisse uma maior proteção da luz. Adoramos a estadia no hotel. Otimo café da manhã, checkin fácil, e localização perfeita, deixamos o carro no estacionamento do hotel fizemos a maior parte da programação a pé pois fica a uns 5 minutos do centrinho, dos bares, do parque, da DreamHouse. Usamos o carro só pra ir nos mirantes. Camas confortáveis e hotel silencioso. Com certeza retornaremos.
