Quarto amplo mas faltou aquecimento em julho de inverno Viajamos em família e ficamos no quarto 329. O quarto é bem espaçoso, com dois ambientes: um com 3 camas de solteiro e outro com cama de casal. A estrutura é boa, banheiro com duas pias e banheira, e cada ambiente tem TV com vários canais da Vivo. O café da manhã é gostoso e caprichado. O ponto negativo ficou por conta do frio. O quarto tem piso frio e NÃO POSSUI AQUECEDOR. Viajamos em julho de inverno com duas crianças e passamos bastante frio. Reclamei três vezes na recepção que tinha aquecedor no piso e nada de aquecer o ambiente (acho que era mentira, enfim), e trouxeram um aquecedor portátil, mas ele não deu conta de aquecer o quarto todo por ser muito amplo e o piso ser frio. No geral o hotel tem uma boa estrutura pra família, mas recomendo que em meses de inverno eles revejam a questão do aquecimento nos quartos. Nota: 3,5/5
