Café da manhã - Havia um fiambre estragado, estava escuro, um cliente teve que pedir para trocar. Embaixo da mesa tem um cano de esgoto aberto, por mais que esteja inativo (assim espero) deveria estar fechado (cadê a VS de Aparecida?). Café frio e a pingadeira do café parecia uma piscina. Segunda hospedagem e a qualidade caiu, não retorno

Falta de limpeza

Se há algo que possa fazer para melhorar a sua estadia pode ser melhorar na limpeza do quarto principalmente o banheiro. O Box do banheiro e o vaso sanitário, enfim melhorar a limpeza no geral. As roupas de cama também estavam sujas, e os lençóis eram de solteiro e muito pequeno, sendo que na estadia eram 3 adultos, 1 casal e 1 adulto.

inha experiência poderia facilmente ter sido digna de 5 estrelas, mas um incidente específico comprometeu a nota. Ao chegar para o café da manhã às 8h20 (que é servido até as 9h), não havia mais suco disponível. Ao questionar a funcionária sobre a reposição, fui tratado com rispidez e, sem qualquer explicação, ela simplesmente virou as costas. Procurei o gerente, que subiu as escadas e desapareceu, sem retornar ou ao menos oferecer um pedido de desculpas. No fim, tive que optar por comprar um suco enlatado ou tomar apenas água. Uma simples atenção ou solução teria mudado completamente a impressão deixada.

Uma boa estadia

Checkin e check-out tranquilos, pessoal atencioso. Quarto excelente em tamanho, tudo limpinho, bom ar condicionado, um pouco de barulho (batidas, conversas,etc) mas isso originado por outros hóspedes. Chuveiro a gás maravilhoso. Café da manhã muito bom. Devido ao frio não utilizamos academia, piscina e banheira hidro contudo estavam disponíveis. Único ponto foi o jantar, não servem no restaurante e sim na área externa junto ao bar e piscina, como era uma noite fria e vento gelado não foi agradável. Quanto à comida servida a opção era prato feito, pedimos com bife à parmegiana e outro com bife e queijo. Ambas as carnes estavam esturricadas, secas (muito passadas do ponto) quase sem condição de consumir, a opção com queijo veio sem o mesmo derreter, estava cru em cima da carne, pelo valor cobrado ficou muito aquém.
