O hotel precisa de manutenção. A cama para casal é peque a, sequer é Queen. Bom café da manhã. Porém, o grande diferencial desse hotel é a sua equipe. Poucas vezes na minha vida, e lá se vão 70 anos, vi uma equipe tão dedicada e prestativa! Desde a recepção, passando pelo restaurante, limpeza, estacionamento, todos sem excessão excelentes. O José, Sergio, Andressa, Jussara, Ana, Luciana, Juarez, enfim, muito obrigado a todos! Vocês fizeram a diferença na nossa estadia!! Eu voltaria com certeza a esse hotel. Sua equipe compensa todos os outros problemas!

O hotel precisa de várias manutenções. Elevadores, os quartos, mobiliario estavam em estado regular. Porém, e isto é o que o diferencia para melhor, a equipe de funcionários é sensacional! Pessoas dedicadas, receptivas, atenciosas, desde a recepção, café da manhã, limpeza e estacionamento. Sempre encontrei funcionários dispostos a resolver o problema. Na recepção, o José, Sérgio, Andressa e Jussara foram sensacionais. No estacionamento tive mais contato com o Juarez. E no café da manhã toda a equipe com destaque para a Ana e Luciana. O hotel tem problemas? Sim, mas eu voltaria lá com certeza!
