Decepcionado.

Ficamos em um quarto no qual tinha cheiro de mofo horrível. O ar condicionado parou 2 vezes a primeira e 23h e a seguda 4h da madrugada pedimos pra trocar de quarto, trocaram porém essa primeira noite foi em claro.

Vale super a pena

Nos gostamos muito do hotel. Localizacao boa, cafe da manha bem completo, atendimento impecavel, especialmente a Sthefanny que nos atendeu com muita atencao e carinho. Se tem um ponto negativo é que nao é uma diaria de 24 hs ja que o check-in é as 16 e o check-out as 12.. poderiam rever isso... no mais td muito bom

Hotel muito bonito, limpo, confortável. Café da manhã excelente, localização muito boa. Equipe muito prestativa e gentis. Único porém, nos quartos se ouve qualquer barulho, então vc acorda muito cedo pelo barulho externo. Mas com certeza me hospedarei novamente!

Péssima acústica. Não voltaria

Péssima acústica, do quarto e com ouvidos tampados ainda assim dava para escutar, os passos do corredor, malas correndo e conversas. As 23h não conseguia dormir com tanto barulho das portas vizinhas. O hotel é belíssimo, mas foi uma pessima experiência tanto ao anoitecer, como de manhã. Por volta das 6h todo barulho começava novamente. Inclusive dava para ouvir o casal no quarto ao lado. Café da manhã mediano, não condiz com a estrutura do hotel. Funcionários educados e solícitos.

Ficamos hospedados no térreo e infelizmente a experiência deixou a desejar. O isolamento acústico é praticamente inexistente — era possível ouvir tudo o que acontecia no corredor, inclusive a TV do quarto ao lado ligada durante a madrugada. Outro ponto negativo foi a limpeza: uma das toalhas fornecidas estava com uma mancha visível de sujeira, o que é inaceitável para um hotel. Além disso, o piso do quarto é extremamente frio, o que incomoda bastante considerando que o hotel fica em uma região de clima mais frio, como Campos do Jordão. Seria importante oferecer alguma solução, como tapetes ou aquecimento de piso, para tornar a estadia mais confortável. No entanto a equipe da recepção foram super receptivos e simpáticos. Outro ponto positivo é que a cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro esquenta rápido.

Ótimo custo benefício

Gostei do hotel e me hospedaria nele novamente, pontos fortes café da manhã, o atendimento, piscina aquecida e boa localização. Um ótimo custo benefício. Fiquei no térreo, aí sofri com barulho de algum motor ou gerador a noite, fora isso foi tudo bom.

Quarto com péssima acústica!

Hotel está a 2 km da vila Capivari, tem uma boa piscina e o café da manhã é bom. O quarto é ruim, pois tem péssima acústica, ouve-se tudo nos quartos ao lado, ou seja, compromete o descanso e a privacidade, a iluminação é de luz branca que não passa conforto, aconchego, a única coisa boa no quarto foi o colchão. O chuveiro demora cerca de 15 minutos para ter água quente, complicado em uma cidade de clima frio. Não me hospedaria novamente neste hotel.
