O hotel é maravilhoso. Esteticamente, é incrível. Por outro lado, as paredes dos quartos são de dry wall, então, você consegue escutar todo e qualquer barulho. Para quem tem dificuldade para dormir, não recomendo. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Check in um pouco difícil. Minha estadia estava paga e a atendente me disse que meu cartão não havia aprovado. Tive que enviar o recibo para comprovar o pagamento. Não há muitos funcionários, então, se estiver com malas, prepare-se para carregá-las, porque não há elevador.

Para mim eu foi bem satisfatório. Fiquei no prédio anexo onde as instalações são mais novas, mas as instalações antigas estão conservadas. Para manter a magia Medieval do local. Só ficamos decepcionados com o jantar de massas que é um serviço pago a parte e é terceirizado.

A propriedade está reformada e sendo reformada quando estive lá. A piscina estava com as bordas sujas (parte da borda: sujeira preta) precisa de mais cuidado na limpeza. As banheiras de hidro estavam sujas no canto entre a parede e lateral da banheira. O café da manhã só tem dois defeitinhos: não tem pudim durante a semana e o suco não é natural.

Recepção não cordial, parecia que tinha preguiça de explicar as coisas. Obrigada pelo mimo para a minha mãe, mas parou aí pois não tinha toalha no quarto e a privada fez barulho a noite toda. A piscina fica longe da torre de hospedagem e o recepcionista indicou ir pela rua, no frio. Café da manhã de baixa qualidade com itens que não estavam frescos como por exemplo os pães de sal estavam duros e os ovos mexidos estavam com uma crosta estranha.

O quarto estava limpo, mas a banheira estava suja, com bichinhos e até cabelo quando fui encher. Então nem usei, fiquei no castelo então se escuta barulho de pessoas andando de salto. Minha escolha foi pela suite premium com Hidromassagem. Quarto com uma vista linda para Pedra do Baú! Mobiliário maravilhoso. Detalhes pequenos puxador da porta do banheiro precisa trocar e ter instrução para encher banheira com água fria e depois completar com água quente só muito final, para não travar o funcionamento. Café da manhã voltar ter suco Detox Verde e arrumar sauna seca que não está atingindo têmpera entre 50 e 70 graus.
