I recommend staying at this hotel, there is lots of activities you can do that they offer like trails and zip lines which I think its cool. Breakfast and their restaurant services are also good

Quando for resort valerá o preço que cobram.

Não se trata de um resort, está longe longe disso. É um hotel 4 estrelas com valor de 5 estrelas. O serviço deixa muito a desejar. Falta mais cordialidade e atenção aos hóspedes. Não estou sendo chato. Faltam opções de atividades para outras idades. O hotel so possui a brinquedoteca com os monitores e isso nao posso avaliar pois meus filhos tem 13 e 16 anos e nao se encaixam nessas atividades. As outras atividades são para os hospedes acima de 60 anos, que seria degustação de vinhos e trabalhos manuais como pintar sacolas de tecido. Tirando isso as outras idades ficam a mercê da piscina aquecida. A atividade que os adolescentes se beneficiariam seria a tirolesa, mas não funcionou na nossa estadia. E não foi por causa do clima. Minha filha falou que na estadia da amiga dela também não funcionou, apesar de ser uma atividade paga. O hotel fica num lugar muito bonito, só isso. A pergunta é se eu voltaria. Não voltaria. Existem hospedagens com atendimento e serviços melhores com valor mais justo.

Tudo maravilhoso!. Volto com certeza. Fui recebido com um drink, que eles chamam "Mel do Cacau", muito bom, além de diversos chocolates, para serem apreciados, quantas vezes quiser. Destaque para o funcionário José e as funcionárias Cris e Sophia. O pianista da noite, toca muito bem o seu piano, merece os mais calorosos elogios. Parabéns!. Nota 10. A única coisa negativa, é a hora do check-out. A hora de voltar a realidade.

Experiência quase perfeita

Estrutura muito boa e atendimento do funcionários muito profissionais. Na minha opinião o que deixou a desejar foi que faxineira não passou no meu quarto e no fim de semana tivemos diversas quedas de Luz. Com isso prejudicou a experiência. Porém certeza seria um lugar que voltaria.
