Infelizmente nao foi a experiencia que esperavamos Hotel parecia mais voltado para eventos corporativos deixando os hospedes de lado. Atendimento bastante lento e com alguns erros que nao esperava de um hotel desse porte Ex: Mesmo com a placa de nao perturbem entraram no meu quarto enquanto tomava banho para deixar roupoes e toalhas que haviam esquecido de colocar. Já conhecia o hotel. Os quartos continuam bons, espaçosos, limpos e com boas amenidades. Staff atencioso e educado. Faço uma ressalva para a recreação, as meninas são muito educadas porém é apenas para crianças maiores de 5 anos, quando na grande maioria dos hotéis é a partir de 3 anos, meu filho de 4 anos e 11 meses não pode participar. Entendo que regras tem que ser seguidas e não pedi excessão para meu filho, mas eles precisam deixar essa informação clara.
