Estadia perfeita. Hotel maravilhoso, quarto excelente, limpo e silencioso. Ótimo café da manhã e chá da tarde gratuitos. Localização próxima do centrinho de Capivari, mas afastado o suficiente para ser tranquilo. Voltaria com certeza.

Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito, funcionários prestativos sempre com um sorriso no rosto e prontos para auxiliar. Nossa suite era fantástica, vista muito bonita, no quarto tudo funcionando perfeitamente não temos nada para reclamar, unica observação seria o pacote de canais da tv, por ser uma suite premium merecia todos canais liberados. Telecine, HBO,.... apenas essa observação, restante foi tudo perfeito. Muito obrigado equipe Annecy, ate breve.

Friooo é dentro desse hotel!

Bem razoável… ao hotel não tem calefação, é gelado!! Quarto sem nenhum aconchego. O corredor dos quartos, piso frio…aí qdo falei na recepção que deveriam colocar um tapete…que era muito frio, a resposta foi:” ah, é muito difícil, tem que limpar!” O valor pago não consigo com o que é oferecido… não vale!
